Question by Clare: Music Tuition Fees for piano?
Is £20 for one hour, a reasonable price for piano lessons?

Thing is, I already have music lessons for my clarinet and saxophone, so I don’t want to pay more than I have to for piano lessons.

I don’t know how much that is in dollars, however I used to pay about an hour.

the hourly rate for piano lessons is expensive so i bought a manual to learn myself anybody else taught theirselves to play the piano , is playing the piano the same as playing the organ or would i need a different manual for that .

Being self taught is definitely cheaper however not always as motivating. If you have enough self-discipline I’d say go for it. If not then give up the cash & get a teacher. Playing the piano is the same as playing the organ.
